The platform

One platform, five tools

Plan before you buy inventory. Operate while you sell. All on one login — one bill instead of four subscriptions.

Plan — before you buy inventory · no Amazon connection needed

Manifest Compliance

Answer a few questions per product and get the exact regimes, tests, labels and documents it needs — with generated label artwork and a versioned document vault.

Waterline Landed cost

True per-SKU landed cost with tariffs baked in, China-vs-Vietnam-vs-Mexico sourcing comparisons, and alerts when a tariff change moves your margin.

Operate — while you sell · one read-only Amazon connection powers all three

Salvage Reimbursements

Finds the money Amazon owes you — lost, damaged, fee errors — and prepares ready-to-file claim packets. Flat fee; you keep 100%.

Lookout Listing watch

Watches Amazon and Walmart listings for hijackers, Buy Box losses, suppressions and content changes — with ready-to-send enforcement packets.

Sonar Review intelligence

Mines reviews and returns into quality themes and supplier corrective-action briefs — before a defect becomes a one-star trend.

Amazon owes most sellers 1–3% of revenue. Keep all of it.

Done-for-you reimbursement services take a cut of every claim. Keel charges a flat fee and prepares the packets — every recovered dollar stays yours.

25%-commission service

$8,000 recovered

Their commission−$2,000
You keep$6,000

Keel Recover · flat fee

$8,000 recovered

Keel, for the whole year$390
You keep100% — all $8,000

Illustrative example — the 1–3% figure is an industry estimate; actual recoveries vary by catalog and history.

The stakes

One unanswered compliance question can end a product line.

Suppressed listings, Prop 65 bounty letters, a CPSC recall with your brand on it — most sellers find out what applied to them after the demand letter arrives.

We make it simple. Answer three questions, get the exact regime list, generate the labels, and keep every certificate in one vault — so the day a question comes, the answer is already on file.

FAQ

Questions sellers actually ask

What is Keel?

Five tools for Amazon & Walmart sellers on one login: Manifest (compliance), Waterline (landed cost & margin), Salvage (FBA reimbursements), Lookout (listing watch) and Sonar (review intelligence). You start with the free tools on this page and upgrade when a paid tool pays for itself — usually on the first reimbursement claim.

Do I need to connect my Amazon account?

No. The two planning tools — the compliance quick-check and the landed-cost calculator — work with zero connection, right on this page, free. Connecting Amazon later (read-only, via Amazon’s official Selling Partner API) unlocks the operating tools: reimbursements, listing watch and review intelligence.

How do reimbursements work? Is it safe under Amazon’s TOS?

Salvage scans your reports for money Amazon owes — lost or damaged inventory, fee overcharges, missed refunds — and prepares a documented, ready-to-file claim packet. You (or your VA) file it in Seller Central. Keel never auto-submits claims, which is exactly what keeps you inside Amazon’s terms of service. You pay a flat subscription and keep 100% of every recovered dollar.

Is the compliance tool legal advice?

No. Manifest is regulatory orientation built on a versioned ruleset: it tells you which regimes typically apply, what evidence usually satisfies them, generates label artwork and organizes your documents. It doesn’t replace a lawyer or a testing lab — confirm requirements with qualified counsel or an accredited testing partner before relying on them.

Which plan should I pick — and can I switch?

Start on Scout (free, no login). Move to Recover when you want claim packets, generated labels and the document vault — it usually pays for itself on the first claim. Add Protect when listing hijacks or review quality start costing you money. Plans are month-to-month, annual billing gives you two months free, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time.

How is my data secured?

Your workspace lives in Postgres with row-level security — every query is isolated to your workspace at the database layer, not just in the app. Marketplace connections are read-only, and Keel never acts on your account: no auto-filed claims, no automated enforcement, no listing edits.

Stay in the loop.

Leave your email for occasional Keel updates — new tools, rule changes that affect sellers, and product news. No drip sequence, no spam, unsubscribe any time.
